Cloud.com, a provider of open source cloud computing software, announced that Tata Communications, a provider of communications, is using the company's CloudStack, for its public cloud offering, InstaCompute.
According to a release, InstaCompute is a new cloud computing service which provides secure and elastic, on-demand computing and storage resources.
